Shape quality and governance in an international project organisation.
Copenhagen Group A/S is a Danish project-driven company with a strong international profile. We tender for and manage complex projects for international organisations and national authorities and, as the parent company of several specialised subsidiaries, provide the shared structure that ensures consistency across the Group.
Our projects vary in scope and pace, but our standards remain constant. To support this, we are looking for a Quality Assurance & Documentation Manager to take overall responsibility for the Group’s quality systems and compliance framework.
You will lead and further develop our Quality Management System, ensuring it complies with ISO and AQAP requirements and functions effectively in practice.
You will plan and conduct audits, follow up on non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented and embedded. At the same time, you will strengthen and structure our documentation framework, covering procedures, work instructions, version control, traceability and archiving.
Working closely with Management, Production and subsidiary companies, you will act as the focal point for quality-related matters and ensure alignment between governance requirements and operational delivery.
The role calls for strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to identify risks and improvement opportunities in a high-pace environment.
You hold a relevant degree — or equivalent experience — within quality, engineering or business administration, and bring at least five years of experience in quality assurance, documentation or compliance within a technical or regulated setting.
You have solid experience with ISO standards (9001, 14001 and 45001) and are comfortable managing audits and quality systems. Familiarity with AQAP is an advantage.
You are structured, pragmatic and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic organisation. You communicate confidently in Danish and English and collaborate effectively across functions.
Experience with document management or ERP systems is beneficial.
We offer a key position with significant influence on quality and compliance in an internationally oriented organisation.
Salary will reflect qualifications and experience. Employment is conditional upon obtaining the required security clearance.
