We value agility, teamwork and a flat hierarchy, where people take action and work hands-on. We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate long-term agreements. The role requires an extremely structured and meticulous individual, who thrives in a complex environment and can ensure structured execution, full compliance and high-quality delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of long-term agreements, including:

• Managing projects and portfolios, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and timelines.
• Monitoring progress and deliverables to ensure activities are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality.
• Regular financial and narrative reporting to management and customers.
• Managing purchase orders and invoices.
• Archiving meticulously and correctly in the internal system.
• Identifying risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities and ensuring timely follow-up.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
‍

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a contract-based environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or agreements simultaneously.
• Strong experience with reporting, documentation and process compliance.
• Extremely structured and meticulous, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work systematically, proactively and independently in a high-paced, complex environment.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Experience with public tenders, long-term contractual frameworks, or regulated industries (e.g. defence) is considered an advantage.
