Copenhagen Global A/S is a Danish company working internationally. We value agility, teamwork and a flat hierarchy, where people take action and work hands-on. We are looking for a Procurement Manager to manage vendors for production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing vendors for production. Responsibilities include:

• Managing and executing procurement activities for production and operations.
• Ensuring optimal pricing, lead times, and payment terms.
• Negotiating contracts and framework agreements with vendors in Denmark and internationally.
• Issuing, managing and following up on purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitoring and following up on supplier deliveries.
• Actively collaborating with colleagues in both Production and Finance.
• Maintaining strong supplier relationships and proactively addressing any issues or deviations.
• Ensuring accurate purchasing documentation, data, and compliance with internal procedures.
• Supporting cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting related to procurement.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
‍

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within a production environment.
• Experience with supplier negotiations, purchase orders, and procurement processes.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Extremely detail-oriented, structured and able to manage many different tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
