To this end, we are looking for Operational Support to work directly with the COO.
This is not a traditional admin role. You will be embedded in the core of the business and
sit at the intersection of strategy and operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role varies, but the objective is constant: help optimise processes and make things
work. In practice that means you will:
- Act as the go-to execution and coordination point for the COO
- Support projects across the company
- Handle hands-on technical and practical tasks
- Support the roll-out of IT systems
- Ad hoc admin tasks
WHO WE WANT
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 2-6 years of relevant professional experience
- Holds a degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Logistics, Administration,
or equivalent - Is fluent in Danish and English, with excellent written and verbal
communication skills - Is structured, organised, and able to problem-solve under pressure
- Is hands-on, practical, and comfortable taking ownership
- Is skilled in IT systems, software, and hardware
